Insurance Coverage
All Vespa rentals include basic insurance coverage in accordance with Greek law, allowing you to enjoy your ride with confidence and peace of mind.
Insurance coverage includes a maximum liability (excess) in case of damage, depending on the Vespa model.
What the insurance includes
The insurance coverage includes:
• Third-party liability insurance
• Coverage for bodily injury to third parties
• Coverage for property damage to third parties
• Legal protection as required by Greek regulations
What is not covered
Insurance does not cover:
• Damage caused by reckless or dangerous riding
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Riding outside permitted areas or off-road
• Damage caused by unauthorized drivers
• Loss or damage of personal belongings

Optional Insurance Upgrade
For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional insurance upgrade:
• €9 per day (available for all models)
• Significantly reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage
• Ideal for riders who want a relaxed and worry-free experience
Damage & responsibility
In case of damage to the Vespa, the renter may be responsible for repair costs up to the maximum liability applicable to the selected insurance option.
Any damage must be reported immediately so that proper assistance and insurance procedures can be followed.
Licence & insurance validity
Insurance coverage is valid only if the rider holds a driving licence that is legally accepted in Greece for the specific Vespa model.
If the driving licence does not meet legal requirements, insurance coverage becomes invalid.

Accidents & assistance
In the event of an accident or breakdown, roadside assistance is available.
We ask that you contact us immediately so we can guide you through the next steps and ensure your safety.

Insurance coverage is valid only when the Vespa is used responsibly and in accordance with Greek traffic laws and rental terms.
In certain cases, such as limited riding experience or unclear eligibility, additional security measures may be required in order to ensure the safety of both the rider and the vehicle.
Any such requirements will always be explained clearly in advance.
