Rental Terms & Conditions
These Rental Terms & Conditions govern the rental of scooters provided by CoolScoots Zante (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “the renter”).
By completing a reservation and confirming acceptance of these terms, you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below.
Delivery & Pickup by Appointment
Scooters are delivered and collected at your accommodation or an agreed location, based on the details you provide during the reservation process.
There is no physical rental office.
All deliveries and pickups are arranged personally.
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you provide accurate accommodation and contact details at checkout.
Required Information for Delivery
During the reservation, you will be asked to provide:
Accommodation name (hotel, villa or apartment)
Area / location (e.g. Tsilivi, Argassi, Kalamaki, Alykes)
WhatsApp or local contact number
Optional but helpful:
Room number or reception contact (for hotels)
Preferred delivery time
Arrival information (flight or ferry, if known)
This information allows us to plan the delivery efficiently and avoid delays.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may apply depending on:

the duration of the rental
Free delivery is available for rentals of 4 days or more.
Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown during the reservation process or confirmed before final approval.
Pickup at the End of Rental
Pickup is arranged in the same way as delivery:
at your accommodation or agreed location
at a mutually agreed time
Please ensure the scooter is accessible at the agreed pickup time.
One-Day Rentals
One-day rentals are subject to availability and may involve delivery fees.
For the best value and experience, we recommend rentals of multiple days.

We will always contact you via WhatsApp to:
confirm delivery details
coordinate timing
assist with any last-minute questions
Please keep your contact number active on the day of delivery and pickup.

Delivery and pickup times are arranged by appointment
Exact timing may vary slightly depending on traffic and distance
If you are delayed, please inform us as early as possible
