Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before renting a Vespa in Zakynthos.

Our Vespa rental rates are transparent and designed to give you peace of mind.
Every rental includes essential services so you can focus on enjoying the ride.

Do I need a motorcycle licence to rent a Vespa?

Yes. You must hold a valid motorcycle licence that is legally accepted in Greece for the model you wish to rent.
Licence categories A, A1 or A2 are accepted for the 125cc and 300cc Vespas.

View the full licence requirements here.

Will my licence from my country be accepted?

EU and UK licences are accepted directly.
For licences issued outside the EU, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required depending on your country of origin.
If you're unsure, send us a photo of your licence on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm it for you.

Is previous riding experience required?

Yes. Riders must have prior experience riding scooters or motorcycles.
For your safety, the holiday period is not the right time to learn from zero.

What is the minimum age to rent a Vespa?

• 21 years old for the 125cc Primavera
• 25 years old for the 300cc GTS

What does the basic insurance include?

Basic insurance includes third-party liability coverage, as required by Greek law.
It also includes a maximum liability (excess) depending on the Vespa model.

How does the excess work?

The excess is the maximum amount you may be responsible for in case of damage.
• Primavera 125: €1,200
• GTS 300: €1,500

Can I reduce my liability?

Yes. You can add our optional insurance upgrade for €9 per day.
This reduces your maximum liability to:
• Primavera 125: €200
• GTS 300: €300

Full details are available on our Insurance & Coverage page.

Do you require a deposit?

In most cases, no deposit is required.
However, in certain situations — such as limited riding experience or unclear licence eligibility — additional security measures may be requested.
Our team will always explain this clearly and in advance.
